Rules for the grand prize giveaway:

· Contestants comprising on-air, online, and point of purchase entries must be present in

person at a predetermined location and by the designated time to participate. No

substitutions are allowed under any circumstance.

· 25 contestants from the 125 eligible participants will be selected five at a time in a

random drawing to participate in pricing games based on current grocery store prices.

· No written information such as pricing sheets, advertising, or electronic devices may be

used including cell phones, PDA’s, or other materials or assistance. Contestants may

rely on the advice of audience members, knowing that their information may be offered

in good faith or as a means of distraction.

· Five contestants at a time will be presented with ten grocery items to which they must

mentally calculate a total price and write it on paper provided to them and display it on

the table in front of them.

· The contestants will be seated as they are announced and will offer their price guess in

the order they were called. This means typically that the fifth contestant in each round

may hold a slight advantage by placing their guess based on the estimates of the other

four contestants.

· The contestant who guesses closest to the price of the ten items without exceeding

their predetermined value, will advance to the final round. The four departing

contestants will then resume their place in the audience as the next round of five

contestants will be announced, seated, and presented with a different ten item display.

· Winners of the five preliminary rounds will advance to the final round where the same

methodology employed in the first round will then be repeated with yet a completely

different ten item presentation in which all five contestants will place their total price for

the items displayed.

· The single winner will be the contestant in the Final Round who successfully guesses

closest to the actual retail price of the ten grocery items without over-estimating or

exceeding ("going over") their price.

· Ties are technically not possible due to the fact that all contestants must present a

guess that nobody else has offered.

· Guesses must be presented to the penny. (ie: $22.78 or $17.99)

one contestant will be selected via random drawing to win 100 grocery items, as well as additional
