WHAT'S GOOD FOR THE FED GOOSE...

Regarding that SB1070 Arizona law decision with the Supremes? We're told, in effect, that immigration is solely a federal power, hence a federal problem, and the states can't choose to enforce a state version of a federal law which the feds don't really wish to enforce. Fair enough. So let's see....Given that Oregon has a medicinal marijuana law, which runs contrary to the federal drug laws, and Oregon apparently doesn't like the fed law, perhaps Oregon should stop "helping" the feds enforce its laws which Oregon doesn't like anyway. No more Sheriff department assists of the DEA raids in Oregon, no patrolling of federal lands for illicit plants the feds don't like. I know, I know, somebody's police state grant for LEO "toys" might be put at risk.
