Accused killer Jordan Criado appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court yesterday and admitted to killing his wife back in July of 2011, but claimed it was his wife that killed their four children, and not him. Jackson County District Attorney Beth Heckert says that the evidence overwhelmingly indicated that Criado was, in fact, the one who killed the children after brutally stabbing his wife and setting their 10th Street house on fire. Criado changed his not guilty pleas to guilty by Alford plea, admitting no guilt in his actions, but recognizing there is enough evidence to convict him. Sentencing has been set for April 15th.
