Medford Police Department and Crime Stoppers of Southern Oregon need your help in locating convicted felon and wanted subject Martin Derbigny. In September 2012, Derbigny was contacted as a known felon at a house in west Medford. During the contact, Derbigny was found in possession of a heroin as well as a stolen firearm. He was lodged on the charges of Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Theft I (for having the stolen firearm), Possession/Delivery of a Controlled Substance. He pled not guilty to the charges.
