Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement served a search warrant on a home on Cottage Street in Medford yesterday. During the search, police located meth, packaging materials, scales and $1,600 in cash believed to be proceeds of drug trafficking. Bradley Phillip Smith was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on more than $1 million bail. A second suspect, 26-year-old Chelsea Jean Ward of White City was cited and released for unlawful possession of meth.
