On January 5, 2013 at 9:30 am., the Jackson County Sheriff's Office responded to the 400 block of Hartley Rd, in Phoenix, Oregon for a reported burglary to a barn. The homeowners say they closed the barn doors and secured everything around 9:00 pm the night before. (READ MORE)
