Power has been restored to almost all of Josephine County after heavy snow that fell in the region last week broke limbs and toppled big trees and power lines. More than 15,000 Pacific Power customers found themselves in the dark at one point. As of early this morning, about 173 people were still without electricity. Crews from Pacific Power hope to have power restored to everyone by tomorrow.
