An accident involving a school bus sent two young children to the hospital with minor injuries yesterday morning. The accident occured on North Applegate Road when 24-year-old John Woodward of Grants Pass lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the bus, totaling both vehicles. He was transported to the hospital for his injuries. Woodward was later cited for Careless Driving. The bus driver was shaken up, but otherwise unhurt. The road was closed for about 90 minutes while police investigated.
