A Shady Cove man suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns over the right side of his body after a domestic dispute late Saturday night. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies responded to a residence on Meadow Lane and found the female suspect, 51-year-old Terry Hatfield, had thrown the contents of a crock pot onto the male victim. The man was taken to a local hospital before being transported to Emanuel Legacy hospital in Portland. Hatfield was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $1 million bail.
