6-20-12 ASHLAND CITY COUNCIL DECIDES ON THREE-STRIKES ORDINANCE
Jun 20, 2012 -- 9:43amThe Ashland City Council made a decision last night on a controversial ordinance. The Council voted to adopt the exclusion zone, green lighting a three strikes and you're out law that would allow the city to ban people from the downtown area if they've committed three crimes there. Those citations include things like disorderly conduct and drunkenness on downtown streets.
