The average price of a gallon of gasoline in Oregon has fallen below $4 a gallon to $3.95. AAA auto club reports it dropped 17 cents in a week and 27 cents in a month. However, it's still 44 cents higher than the national average. The average price is $3.94 in Portland, $3.89 in Eugene and $3.96 in Medford.
