Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement investigators served a search warrant on a residence on S. Columbus Avenue in west Medford early Friday morning. Methamphetamine, drug records and three firearms were seized in the raid. One of the weapons recovered had been reported stolen in a Medford burglary and had an obliterated serial number. Five adults were arrested and lodged in the Jackson County Jail on various drug and weapons charges. One individual was charged with resisting arrest. A juvenile also present was cited and released for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. One of the suspects, 19-year-old Joshua Raymond Morales, is a suspected Sureno gang member or associate.
