11-13-12 STUDY FINDS SOU GRADS AMONG LOWEST EARNING ON THE WEST COAST
Nov 13, 2012 -- 9:18amA new study finds that graduates from Southern Oregon University are among the lowest earning grads along the west coast. The study looked at 95 west coast colleges, and S.O.U. ranked near the bottom at number 88. Grads in full-time employment earned an average starting pay $37,000 and a mid-career income of $67,000. Experts say the difference is in part due to certain majors offered at the colleges.
