4-5-17: WALRAVEN COULD BE RELEASED.

A JOSEPHINE COUNTY MAN WHO PLEADED GUILTY TO THE SAME MURDER TWICE, MAY BE FREED. TREVOR WALRAVEN AND HIS BROTHER KILLED “BLACK BAR LODGE” OWNER BILL HULL IN 1998, WHEN WALRAVEN WAS JUST 14. NOW, AFTER A BIZARRE LEGAL BACK AND FORTH, THE JUDGE RULED TUESDAY THERE IS CLEAR EVIDENCE WALRAVEN HAS BEEN REHABILITATED, AND HE SHOULD BE CONDITIONALLY RELEASED. PROSECUTORS ARGUED WALRAVEN LACKS EMPATHY. SO FOR NOW THE JUDGE IS HOLDING OFF ON IMMEDIATELY RELEASE.
