A FORMER TALENT CITY MANAGER WAS SENTENCED TO PROBATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICE AFTER A JURY FOUND HIM GUILTY OF THREE MISDEMEANOR COUNTS OF OBTAINING CONTENTS FROM COMMUNICATIONS. 62-YEAR-OLD THOMAS CORRIGAN WAS ACCUSED OF SECRETLY RECORDING TALENT’S MAYOR, DARBY AYERS-FLOOD. WHILE THE CONTENTS OF THE RECORDINGS ARE NOT KNOWN, MAYOR FLOOD SAYS THAT SHE LOST SLEEP OVER IT, AND CALLED IT “OUTRIGHT HUMILIATING.”
