ILLINOIS VALLEY FIRE DISTRICT OFFICIALS GO ON TO SAY THAT THE FIRE ALSO CLAIMED TWO APARTMENT, ONLY ONE OF WHICH WAS OCCUPIED. THE OCCUPANT WAS ABLE TO ESCAPE WITH HIS CATS. THE CAUSE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
