A LAWSUIT BETWEEN THE ASHLAND GUN AND ARCHERY CLUB AND THREE OF ITS NEIGHBORS, DATING BACK TO 2011, WAS PUT TO REST LAST TUESDAY. U.S. DISTRICT JUDGE ANN AIKEN DISMISSED THE LAWSUIT. THE MAIL TRIBUNE SAYS, THE THREE NEIGHBORS ARGUED THAT LEAD POLLUTION, EXCESSIVE NOISE AND RISK OF TRAVELING BULLETS WERE WHY THEY SUED. NO LEAD POLLUTION WAS EVER FOUND.
