THE GRANTS PASS DAILY COURIER SAYS THAT THE BLITZ WILL BEGIN ON MONDAY, AND WILL LAST UNTIL HALLOWEEN. THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS HOWEVER, THOSE ARE, MAKING A 911 CALL, USING HANDS FREE DEVICES INSTALLED IN YOUR VEHICLE OR USING A SINGLE TOUCH INTERFACE, THOUGH THE DEVICE CANNOT BE IN YOUR HAND. VIOLATORS COULD FACE FINES BETWEEN $130 AND $1000, BUT IT COULD BE AS MUCH AS $2500.
