FLU IS ON THE RISE IN JOSEPHINE COUNTY. THAT’S ACCORDING TO THE COUNTY’S PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICIALS. BECAUSE OF THE INCREASE IN FLU CASES, PUBLIC HEALTH SAYS HOSPITALS AND HEALTH CENTERS ALL THROUGHOUT SOUTHERN OREGON ARE TAKING PRECAUTIONS. THAT INCLUDES VISITOR RESTRICTIONS, LIMITING YOUNG VISITORS AND REQUIRING A MASK BE WORN BY VISITORS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN VACCINATED THIS FLU SEASON.
