DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS FROM THE CITY, AND THE LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT. THE KELLY WARMING CENTER WAS FORCED TO CLOSE OVER THE WEEKEND. ONE CONCERN WAS OVERCROWDING. BUT NOW THE SHELTER IS BACK OPEN WITH A CAPACITY OF 55 INSTEAD OF 75, WITH ONE PERSON BEING EXEMPT FROM THE SLEEPING REQUIREMENTS, AND ESSENTIALLY BEING ON FIREWATCH.
